Terms and Conditions
1. Ordering
♥ To order from Faire la Bise, please leave a comment with your name, email address and desired item(s)/ color in the respective entry or send an email to lovefairelabise@gmail.com.
♥ If you are interested in items which are pending, you may want to be put on the waiting list. In the event that the items are sold, we will send you a notification email if we manage to get additional stocks.
♥ Allow for slight color differences between the actual piece of clothing and what is shown on screen due to different color calibrations on different tech devices.
♥ Faire la Bise reserves the right to reject a customer/ transaction at our own discretion.
♥ Goods sold are non-exchangable and non-refundable.

2. Payment
♥ Upon confirmation, we will send you the payment details. Please transfer the payment within 24 hours time-frame after you've received the invoice from us. Otherwise, the item(s) will be put up for sale without further notice.
♥ Payment is only accepted via iBanking and ATM funds transfer. For ATM transfers, please send us your photographed receipt for us to verify your payments.
♥ We accept payments only via POSB Savings.
♥ There is strictly no reservations, meet-ups or self-collection.
3. Postage
♥ Prices are non-inclusive of postage.
♥ SGD1.50 will be incurred for normal postage for 1st piece of clothing and SGD0.50 will be added on for subsequent pieces.
♥ We will not be liable for any lost or damaged mails via normal postage. Hence, you are strongly encouraged to opt for registered mail at an additional SGD2.25 on top of normal postage cost. Tracking numbers will be provided for registered postage.
♥ Normal postage is complimentary for purchases SGD80 and above in a single receipt and registered mail is complimentary for purchases SGD120 and above in a single receipt!
♥ You will receive your parcel within 2-7 working days (exclusive of weekends/ public holidays). We will send you an email once your item has been mailed.
Please note that by purchasing an item from us, you are deemed to have been agreeable to all the Terms and Conditions stated. Faire la Bise reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any given time.
